US VP: Military Objectives Met, Awaiting Iran’s Ceasefire Response

Date:

Washington, USA – Web Desk: US Vice President J.D. Vance stated that the United States has achieved its military objectives in the conflict with Iran. He expressed hope that Iran will respond to the ceasefire request by the deadline set by former President Donald Trump.

Vance added that Iran aims to inflict maximum economic pain globally, but the US has greater capacity to impose countermeasures. He noted that Iranian negotiators have not shown urgency and that diplomatic efforts via intermediaries are ongoing, with messages taking time to reach the Iranian leadership.

The Vice President indicated that a response from Iran is expected before 8:00 PM tonight, expressing a desire for a positive reply. However, he emphasized that if Iran fails to respond constructively, the US and its allies remain prepared to defend themselves.
