Islamabad, Pakistan – Web Desk: President Asif Ali Zardari has approved the official visit of the Chief Justice of Pakistan and the Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court to Russia for participation in an international legal forum.
According to official sources, the approval was granted following the Prime Minister’s advisory regarding participation in the 14th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.
The two top judicial figures will represent Pakistan at the high-profile international event scheduled to be held in St. Petersburg, Russia, from June 24 to 26, 2026.
The forum is expected to bring together senior judges, legal experts, policymakers, and constitutional scholars from multiple countries to discuss global legal developments and judicial cooperation.
Officials said the participation aims to strengthen Pakistan’s engagement with international legal institutions and promote judicial dialogue at the global level.
The approval highlights ongoing diplomatic and institutional cooperation between Pakistan and international legal forums, reflecting Islamabad’s efforts to expand its legal and constitutional outreach.
