Islamabad, Pakistan – Web Desk: The federal government has released all required funds for the Pakistan senior hockey team’s upcoming tour of England and Belgium for participation in the Pro League, according to the Pakistan Hockey Federation (Pakistan Hockey Federation).
The federation confirmed that the financial support will enable the national squad to compete on an international platform and showcase their talent against top-ranked teams.
In a statement, the PHF welcomed the government’s decision, describing it as a milestone for the revival of Pakistan hockey and expressing gratitude for continued support.
Officials said the provision of funds would ensure transparent and effective use of resources to enhance the country’s performance on the global stage.
The federation added that detailed fixtures and the official tour schedule will be announced soon. It also expressed confidence that players are fully prepared to represent the country with pride.
