(Web Desk) – Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi arrived in Saudi Arabia, where he met his Saudi counterpart, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud, in Riyadh, to discuss bilateral matters and mutual cooperation.
The meeting took place at the headquarters of the Saudi Ministry of Interior, where Prince Abdulaziz formally received Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.

During the talks, both sides reviewed ways to enhance security cooperation, with a particular focus on strengthening joint efforts to combat drug smuggling.
Both ministers also held detailed discussions on broader security issues and emphasised the importance of reinforcing mutual collaboration within the strategic framework that governs relations between the two countries.

Prince Abdulaziz and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also discussed a range of issues of common interest, reaffirming their commitment to deepening cooperation in security and counter-narcotics efforts.
The meeting was attended by Saudi Deputy Interior Minister Dr Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf, Assistant Interior Minister Dr Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al-Falih, adviser to the minister Lieutenant General Suleiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Yahya, and Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki, along with senior officials from the Ministry of Interior.

Pakistan’s Ambassador in Riyadh, Ahmed Farooq, and the Interior Ministry and Anti-Narcotics Division official Muhammad Khurram Agha were also present in the meeting.
