(Web Desk) – Iran’s elite military force, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), has claimed responsibility for a missile strike targeting the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
According to Iranian state-linked media, the IRGC said it launched missiles at Netanyahu’s office as well as the headquarters of the Israeli Air Force. The claims were reported by Fars News Agency.
Israel has confirmed that an attack took place but stated that no injuries were reported as a result of the strike. Israeli authorities have not provided further operational details.
Meanwhile, Iran also claimed to have used Kheibar missiles in the operation. In its statement, the IRGC described Netanyahu as a “criminal prime minister” and said it had no confirmed information regarding his condition following the reported strike.
Separately, Iranian sources claimed missile attacks on US military bases across the Middle East, including installations in Bahrain, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait. There has been no immediate confirmation from US officials regarding these claims.
The developments come amid escalating tensions between Iran and Israel, raising concerns of broader regional instability.
