IRGC Intelligence Chief Killed in US-Israel Strike: Iran

Date:

Web Desk – Tehran, Iran: Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced that its intelligence chief, Major General Majid Khadami, was killed in an alleged US-Israeli strike, according to Iranian state-affiliated media reports.

The news was reported by Iran’s Fars News Agency, citing an official statement from the IRGC. The statement said Khadami had played a key role in Iran’s intelligence and security apparatus for nearly five decades and was regarded as a central figure in the country’s national security structure.

No immediate confirmation has been issued by the United States or Israel regarding the reported strike. Independent verification of the claim remains unavailable.

The reported killing comes amid heightened tensions in the Middle East, where ongoing hostilities between Iran, Israel, and the United States have raised concerns of further escalation in the region. Analysts warn that such developments could significantly impact regional stability and security dynamics.
