KARACHI (Web Desk) – Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori has reiterated Pakistan’s desire for regional peace and emphasized social equality while interacting with citizens during a visit to a Ramadan sehri distribution site at Numaish Chowrangi in Karachi.

During the visit, the governor met with members of the public attending the communal sehri gathering and spent time engaging with attendees. Speaking to media representatives on the occasion, Tessori shared his views on social harmony, national conditions, and regional affairs.

He stated that Pakistan seeks peace in the region and will not be influenced by hostile narratives or propaganda from adversaries. Highlighting the spirit of Ramadan, the governor expressed hope that individuals receiving sehri today would be able to provide meals for others in the future, reflecting economic progress and community support.

Tessori also stressed that material wealth should not create a sense of deprivation among people, adding that financial status does not determine a person’s closeness to God or their value in society.

Calling for greater unity, he urged society to treat everyone with equal respect, saying that distinctions based on wealth or social status should not divide communities. His remarks come amid ongoing discussions on social welfare, economic challenges, and regional stability in Pakistan.
