Rawalpindi, Pakistan – Sports Desk: West Indies fast-bowling legend Courtney Walsh has arrived in Pakistan to take up coaching duties in the upcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 2026).
Widely regarded as one of the most feared pacers of the 1980s and 1990s, Walsh will serve as the bowling coach for Islamabad United, bringing decades of international experience to the squad.
Upon his arrival, Walsh was warmly received by team captain Mohammad Rizwan and former cricketer Rashid Latif. His inclusion is expected to strengthen the team’s bowling unit ahead of the high-profile tournament.
The PSL 2026 season is set to feature several international stars alongside legendary players taking on coaching roles, enhancing the league’s global appeal.
