Pakistani President to meet Bahrain’s King and Prime Minister, address Economic Development Board reception in Manama
President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari has arrived in Manama on a four-day official visit to Bahrain, marking an important step in strengthening bilateral ties. Upon arrival, he was received by Bahrain National Guard Commander Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa and Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani.
Pakistan’s Ambassador to Bahrain Saqib Rauf and Bahrain’s Ambassador to Pakistan Mohammed Ibrahim Abdul Qader were also present at the reception. During the visit, President Zardari is expected to hold meetings with Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The president will also address a reception at the headquarters of Bahrain’s Economic Development Board in Manama, focusing on economic cooperation, investment opportunities, and bilateral collaboration. Earlier, President Zardari met Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa to discuss matters of mutual interest.
