Karachi, Pakistan – Web Desk: Global oil prices declined on Tuesday after reports that “Project Freedom” has been temporarily suspended amid growing expectations of a potential agreement between Iran and the United States.
Following the development, international energy markets reacted sharply. Brent crude oil slipped back to around $100 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) was recorded trading near $92 per barrel.
Analysts say easing geopolitical tensions and speculation of improved diplomatic engagement have contributed to the downward pressure on crude oil prices, which had recently remained volatile due to supply concerns.
Energy traders continue to monitor the situation closely as any further developments in the Iran–US dialogue could significantly impact global oil supply dynamics and price stability.
