Mina, Saudi Arabia – Web Desk: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited Pakistani Hajj pilgrims’ camps in Mina, where he reviewed arrangements and inspected facilities provided for the pilgrims during the annual pilgrimage.
During the visit, the interior minister met pilgrims, including elderly worshippers, and inquired about accommodation, food, and overall service conditions at the camps.
Mohsin Naqvi also met a 100-year-old pilgrim, asked about his well-being, and praised his strength and dedication to performing Hajj at such an advanced age. Pilgrims shared mixed feedback, saying that while arrangements were largely satisfactory, some faced minor issues that were addressed with the help of staff on site.
The interior minister assured pilgrims that every individual performing Hajj is highly valued and that dedicated staff are available to resolve their concerns promptly. He also appreciated the efforts of Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf and his team.
Mohsin Naqvi said the government of Saudi Arabia had provided significant facilitation this year, particularly in immigration processing for Pakistani pilgrims in Pakistan. He expressed gratitude to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the Saudi Ministry of Hajj for their cooperation.
