Massive U.S. Anti-War Protests: 7 Million Rally Against Trump Policies

Date:

Washington DC, United States – Web Desk: Hundreds of protest rallies against U.S. President Donald Trump and the ongoing tensions with Iran erupted across the United States, drawing over 7 million participants, according to organizers and media reports. The demonstrations, held under the banner of the “No Kings” movement, targeted U.S. policies on war, rising oil prices, and immigration.

Lawmakers, including Senator Bernie Sanders, joined major rallies in Minnesota and other states, criticizing the Trump administration for allegedly misleading the public about the Iran conflict. Sanders highlighted that the war has caused both American and Iranian casualties and violated constitutional procedures, as congressional approval was not sought.

Protesters also condemned the joint actions of the U.S. and Israel, which they say have escalated regional conflicts, affecting Lebanon, the West Bank, and other areas. Nationwide, demonstrations occurred in more than 3,200 locations across all 50 states. Similar protests were reported in Tel Aviv, where women and senior citizens participated to voice opposition to the Iran war. Organizers indicated that upcoming protests on Sunday could further make this one of the largest civil demonstrations in U.S. history.
