Initial reports had suggested she was killed in the attack, but officials clarified that she was severely injured and hospitalized.
The attack targeted Tehran, resulting in casualties among top Iranian leadership and family members. Four days after the strike, false reports of Mansoureh Bagherzadeh Khamenei’s death circulated globally, which Iranian authorities have now officially denied. She remains alive and in stable condition, according to state media.
The confirmation aims to dispel ongoing misinformation and clarify her health status amidst the heightened regional tensions following the U.S.-Israel operation.
