Karachi: A massive blaze at Gul Plaza on M.A. Jinnah Road intensified and was declared a third-degree fire. The incident claimed three lives and left more than 20 injured, including eight who suffered burn injuries. Several victims remain in critical condition.
Following the tragedy, Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori visited the site and met with affected traders. Shopkeepers complained that the fire brigade arrived late and that vehicles lacked water.
