Gold Prices Fall in Pakistan as Global Rates Decline

Date:

Karachi, Pakistan – Web Desk: Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Tuesday, tracking a dip in international bullion markets, according to data released by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association.

The price of gold per tola fell by Rs2,100, bringing it down to Rs477,862 across local markets. Similarly, the rate for 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs1,801 to Rs409,689.

In the global market, gold prices also recorded a decline, falling by $21 to settle at $4,555 per ounce. Analysts say the downward trend reflects fluctuations in international demand, currency movements, and broader economic uncertainty.

Market observers note that gold prices in Pakistan are closely linked to global rates and the rupee-dollar exchange rate, making them sensitive to international financial developments.
