Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan has leased three floors of his commercial property in Mumbai to a nutrition company for five years.
WEB DESK: Bollywood veteran Amitabh Bachchan has leased three floors of his commercial property in Mumbai, reportedly earning INR 3.3 million (33 lakh) per month under a five-year agreement.
According to Indian media reports and property registration documents cited by Express News, Bachchan has leased three upper floors of the Signature Building in Andheri West, Mumbai, to nutrition company Tru Nutra F&B Private Limited.
The lease also includes nine designated parking spaces for the company.
Five-year lease agreement
Property registration records reportedly show that the lease agreement was registered on August 7, 2026, while the lease commenced on August 15.
The three floors have a combined area of approximately 8,428 square feet, with the total value of the five-year agreement reported at around INR 21.88 crore.
The agreement also includes an annual escalation clause, under which the rent will reportedly increase by 5% each year.
Bachchan’s growing real estate investments
The latest property deal adds to Amitabh Bachchan’s reported real estate investments.
According to the report, the veteran actor purchased approximately 2.67 acres of land in Ayodhya for around INR 35 crore in March 2026.
The Mumbai lease highlights the significant rental value attached to prime commercial properties in one of India’s most expensive real estate markets, while also providing Bachchan with a long-term income stream from the property.
