Islamabad, Pakistan – Web Desk: Ishaq Dar and Abbas Araghchi held a detailed telephone conversation to discuss rising regional tensions and ongoing diplomatic efforts to promote peace and stability.
According to Pakistan’s Foreign Office, the two leaders exchanged views on the evolving regional situation, emphasizing the importance of dialogue and diplomacy in resolving conflicts.
Dar briefed his Iranian counterpart on Pakistan’s ongoing diplomatic initiatives aimed at de-escalating tensions and encouraging constructive engagement among regional stakeholders.
Araghchi appreciated Pakistan’s constructive role and sincere mediation efforts, acknowledging Islamabad’s contribution toward promoting regional stability.
Reaffirming Pakistan’s position, Dar stressed that sustainable solutions to conflicts can only be achieved through dialogue and diplomacy. He reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to fostering long-term peace, stability, and mutually respectful relations across the region.
Both sides also agreed to maintain close coordination and strengthen diplomatic engagement to support collective efforts for regional peace.
