Iran Military Power Stronger Than US Claims, Intel Says

Date:

WASHINGTON, United States – Web Desk: US intelligence officials have revealed that Iran’s military capability remains significantly stronger than publicly acknowledged by US leadership, according to a report by a US broadcasting network.

Citing multiple officials familiar with intelligence assessments, the report said a large portion of Iran’s missile, air force, and naval capabilities remains intact despite ongoing tensions in the region.

The officials stated that Iran’s military strength is more resilient than public statements made by President Donald Trump and senior defense officials have suggested.

According to the report, nearly half of Iran’s ballistic missile stockpile and launch systems were still operational at the time of the ceasefire, while around 60% of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ naval assets reportedly remain active.

The findings highlight ongoing uncertainty over the true scale of Iran’s military capabilities amid heightened regional tensions and continued scrutiny of US-Iran relations.

The report comes as conflicting assessments continue to emerge regarding the impact of recent military operations and the overall balance of power in the region.
