Legal Notice Issued: Imad Wasim Rejects Ex-Wife Allegations

Date:

Web Desk – All-rounder Imad Wasim has issued a legal notice to his former wife, Sania Ashfaq, after she leveled allegations against him, according to his legal team. Advocate Alia Zareen Abbasi stated that all claims made by the ex-spouse are “baseless and strongly denied.”

The legal team confirmed that medical records have been obtained, indicating that claims of a forced termination of pregnancy are not supported by evidence. A formal legal notice has been served in response to the allegations.

According to the lawyer, the decision for Imad Wasim’s travel to the United States in November 2023 for the World Cup was mutually agreed upon by both spouses, and medical professionals can verify the facts. Records of international tours to the UAE, Australia, and England in November 2023 have also been collected and will be presented in court.

The case highlights ongoing legal and personal disputes amid public scrutiny, with both sides expected to present their evidence in the coming proceedings.
