Beijing, China – Web Desk: China has expressed support for the US Supreme Court’s recent ruling on tariffs, urging Washington to immediately lift all additional trade duties imposed on its partners.
The Chinese Ministry of Commerce emphasized that it is closely reviewing the impact of the decision and warned that protectionism benefits no one, stressing that trade wars are harmful to global economic stability.
China called on the United States to respect international trade rules and cancel tariffs without delay. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed deep concern over Washington’s continued attempts to maintain trade barriers, including the use of “trade investigations” and punitive measures.
Officials stated that Beijing will closely monitor any moves by the US to increase tariffs and will defend its national and commercial interests firmly at all levels. Economic analysts noted that China’s response signals a preference for resolving trade disputes through legal and diplomatic channels at a time when global markets seek stability.
