Single-member judicial commission to probe causes of Gul Plaza tragedy in Sindh
Karachi, Pakistan – Web Desk: Chief Justice of Sindh High Court, Justice Zafar Ahmed Rajput, has officially appointed Justice Agha Faisal as the judge of the judicial commission tasked with investigating the Gul Plaza tragedy.
The single-member commission, led by Justice Agha Faisal, will conduct a thorough inquiry into the incident and determine the factors that led to it. The tenure of the judicial commission will be notified by the Sindh government.
Authorities emphasized that the inquiry aims to ensure transparency, accountability, and to provide recommendations to prevent such incidents in the future.
