Trump Says US Won’t Rush Exit From Iran Conflict

Date:

Florida, United States – Web Desk: U.S. President Donald Trump has said that the United States will not make a rushed exit from the ongoing Iran conflict, warning that doing so could allow the crisis to resurface within a few years.

According to Reuters, Trump stated that the U.S. will not leave Iran “without finishing the job,” stressing the need for a long-term and complete resolution to prevent a repeat of instability in the region.

Speaking in Florida, Trump said that if the United States withdraws too quickly, the same problem could re-emerge within two to three years, adding that a “proper and lasting solution” is necessary.

He further said Washington is determined to handle the situation correctly and will not accept temporary arrangements or partial agreements in addressing the conflict.

Although Trump did not specify what objectives must be completed before withdrawal, he has previously indicated support for major political changes in Iran, including leadership transition.

The former president has repeatedly criticized Iran’s leadership and suggested that changes in governance could be part of a broader strategy for regional stability.
