In his address, Trump said the U.S. has taken a strong position and asserted that “we are winning the conflict,” adding that a decisive outcome would become evident soon.
He further stated that the “complete victory” would lead to a significant drop in global oil prices, without providing specific military, diplomatic, or legal details to support his claim.
