Karachi, Pakistan – Web Desk: Sindh’s senior minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has urged the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leadership to seek a formal clarification from the federal government regarding controversial statements by federal ministers and MQM leaders about Karachi.
In a statement, Memon said, “The federal government’s allied parties and MQM, along with federal ministers, are openly engaged in propaganda and conspiracies against the Sindh government.” He alleged that this is part of a deliberate campaign aimed at undermining provincial governance.
He emphasized that while the federal government routinely seeks PPP’s cooperation on national matters, its ministers and allied parties continue daily conspiracies against Sindh, creating political tensions and undermining public trust.
Memon called on PPP leadership to demand a serious and formal explanation from the federal authorities to address the ongoing provocations.
