Qatar Airways Suspends Flights Until March 6; SriLankan Resumes Dubai

Doha, Qatar – Web Desk: Qatar Airways has announced a temporary suspension of its flight operations until March 6 due to ongoing tensions in the Middle East. The airline advised passengers to check the latest updates via its website or mobile app. Qatar’s civil aviation authority has closed the nation’s airspace for safety reasons. Operations will resume once the airspace reopens.

Meanwhile, SriLankan Airlines has resumed limited flights between Colombo and Dubai starting March 4, with flight UL231 departing Colombo to Dubai and UL232 returning passengers from Dubai to Colombo.
