President Trump Sets Deadline as US Aircraft Take Positions Toward Iran

Date:

Washington, United States – Web Desk: US President Donald Trump has issued a 10 to 15-day deadline for Iran to reach a nuclear agreement, warning that failure to negotiate could trigger major military action.

According to international media reports, Trump reiterated that Tehran must finalize a deal within the stated timeframe or face serious consequences. Following the deadline, the US Air Force in Europe has begun repositioning military assets toward Iran, signaling heightened readiness.

Increased activity has been observed at a US airbase on a Portuguese island, where fighter jets and support aircraft have taken operational positions for potential missions.

The New York Times has cautioned that any US strike on Iran could have unpredictable consequences and might push the Middle East toward a broader conflict.

Earlier, British media reported that the US president was considering targeting Iran’s senior leadership, while other reports suggested limited strikes could also be under review. Some analysts believe the US strategy may aim to increase pressure on Tehran to trigger political change.

Iran has not issued an official response to the latest reports, but Iranian officials have previously warned that any attack would be met with a strong response.
