Islamabad, Pakistan – Web Desk: Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has warned that any future aggression against the country will be met with a “stronger and more decisive” response, citing lessons from what he described as the “Battle of Truth.”
Speaking in Islamabad, Asif said the episode was not merely a historic moment but a “clear line that has now been drawn permanently,” signaling Pakistan’s firm stance on national defence and security.
He emphasized that Pakistan’s land, naval, and air forces possess a response capability that is faster and more coordinated than adversaries anticipate. He added that the nation stands united behind its armed forces “like a solid wall,” reflecting strong public support for national defence.
The defence minister also highlighted the role of Pakistan’s youth, describing their awareness and confidence as a key national strength, and noting that they are fully prepared to contribute to the country’s defence.
Separately, youth representatives praised the armed forces’ response during “Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos,” stating that the operation demonstrated unity and resilience, and would remain a defining chapter for future generations.
Officials say the “Battle of Truth” represents a symbol of Pakistan’s military capability and national cohesion, sending a clear message of deterrence to potential adversaries.
