Islamabad, Pakistan – Web Desk: Pakistan and Turkey have made significant progress under their judicial cooperation agreement, as a high-level Pakistani judicial delegation visited Istanbul to study modern court systems and digital infrastructure.
According to officials, the delegation included Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Chief Justice Ali Baig, and several judges from the district judiciary.
During the visit, the delegation held meetings with officials of Türkiye’s Constitutional Court in Istanbul, where special sessions were conducted on advanced judicial practices and the integration of technology in court operations.
The Pakistani judges reviewed case management systems and IT infrastructure in detail, focusing on digital transformation, efficiency, and transparency in judicial processes.
Officials said the visit aims to help modernize Pakistan’s judicial system by adopting best practices in digitalization and court administration, strengthening institutional capacity and improving access to justice.
