Pakistan PM Meets Field Marshal Asim Munir, Reviews Progress on Regional Peace

Islamabad, Pakistan – Web Desk: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif met with Field Marshal Asim Munir to review the progress of ongoing efforts to establish lasting peace in the region.

During the high-level meeting, both leaders expressed satisfaction over the recent de-escalation of tensions and emphasized the importance of all parties maintaining restraint and upholding the ceasefire.

The discussion highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to fully support all sides until a final agreement is reached. PM Shahbaz Sharif also commended the dedication of parties involved in the peace process and extended his best wishes for the success of ongoing diplomatic efforts.

Shahbaz Sharif reiterated invitations to upcoming delegations, assuring them of Pakistan’s continued cooperation in the pursuit of regional stability.
