Pakistan Destroys 4 Key Targets in Afghanistan, Kills 26 Terrorists Operating Under Indian Patronage

Date:

ISLAMABAD – Web Desk: Pakistan has conducted highly effective operations against Khwarij hideouts in Pakistan-Afghan border areas, resulting in the killing of 26 terrorists operating under Indian patronage, according to official sources.

The operations were carried out based on credible intelligence information, targeting secret hideouts and safe havens of Fitna Al-Khawarij. Four key objectives were completely destroyed: a training center, a secret safe house, a major arms and ammunition depot, and hubs of Khwarij commanders Aleem Khan Khushali and Akhtar Muhammad Jani Khel. The operations were conducted with high precision and professionalism, targeting only terrorist elements and their infrastructure.

The operations come in response to recent terrorist attacks in Pakistan, including an attack on a Federal Constabulary checkpost in Musa Darah on June 9, a vehicle-borne IED suicide attack on a military checkpost in North Waziristan on June 2, and an attack on a police station in Bannu on May 9.

Pakistan has always strived to promote peace and stability in the region, but the protection of its citizens’ life and property remains the top priority. Under the ‘Azm-e-Istehkam’ vision as per the National Action Plan approved by the Federal Apex Committee, security forces and law enforcement agencies will continue counter-terrorism operations with full force until the complete elimination of externally-sponsored terrorism from the country.
