Taftan border crossing, Pakistan – Web Desk: Another 106 Pakistani citizens have safely returned home from Iran through the Taftan border crossing, authorities confirmed. The repatriation follows ongoing regional instability and efforts to assist Pakistani nationals residing in Iran.
Officials reported that 322 individuals returned via the Taftan and Gabd-Rimdan border points in recent days, while 1,497 Pakistanis have arrived through Taftan over the past five days as part of the government’s coordinated repatriation program.
Authorities stated that returning citizens are being provided with accommodation, food, and essential services upon arrival. The repatriation initiative aims to ensure safe passage for Pakistanis affected by disruptions linked to regional tensions.
