Merub Ali undergoes trigger finger surgery, shares recovery

Date:

Karachi, Pakistan – Web Desk: Pakistani actress Merub Ali has revealed that she recently underwent surgery for trigger finger, sharing details of her diagnosis, treatment journey, and recovery with fans through social media.

The actress posted a video on Instagram documenting her experience, beginning with a lighthearted clip from her hospital bed. In the video, Merub explained that one of her fingers had become locked in a fixed position, leading her to seek medical advice from several specialists, including rheumatologists and neurologists.

According to the actress, the cause of the problem remained unclear until she consulted an orthopedic specialist, who diagnosed her with trigger finger — a condition caused by inflammation affecting the tendons in the finger, limiting movement and flexibility.

Merub said she initially chose physiotherapy as a treatment option, hoping to avoid surgery. However, after her symptoms worsened, doctors recommended a surgical procedure to restore normal movement.

The actress later shared that the operation was successful and thanked fans, friends, and colleagues for their support and prayers during her recovery.

Known for her work in Pakistan’s television and fashion industries, Merub Ali has continued to maintain a strong presence in entertainment and modeling. Her health update prompted an outpouring of well-wishes from followers and fellow celebrities across social media.
