Kim Jong Un Re-Elected as North Korea’s Ruling Party Leader

Pyongyang, North Korea – Web Desk: North Korea’s ruling Workers’ Party of Korea has re-elected Kim Jong Un as its general secretary during the party’s national congress held after five years, reaffirming his position as the country’s supreme leader.

According to international media reports, thousands of senior party officials, top government figures, and military commanders attended the congress. Delegates unanimously endorsed Kim’s leadership and approved party policies and the country’s future political, defense, and economic direction under his rule.

Military leaders reiterated their loyalty to Kim Jong Un, while congress participants pledged to continue national strategies under his leadership.

Chinese President Xi Jinping congratulated Kim Jong Un on his re-election, stating that China would continue working with him to strengthen traditional friendship and elevate bilateral relations to new heights.
