Khairpur Bus-Trailer Collision Kills 11, Injures 6 on National Highway

Khairpur – Sindh, Pakistan – Web Desk: At least 11 people were killed and six others critically injured in a horrific collision between a passenger bus and a trailer near Tando Masti on the National Highway in Khairpur.

According to motorway police, the accident appears to have resulted from alleged negligence by the bus driver. Rescue teams and police immediately rushed to the scene to assist the injured and manage the crisis.

The victims and critically wounded passengers were transported to nearby hospitals with the help of rescue services. Senior police officials are on site supervising relief efforts. Rescue 1122 and local police have been actively involved in clearing the site.

Sindh Inspector General Javed Alam Odho directed the Khairpur SSP to personally oversee the rescue operations and ensure that roads remain clear for hospital transfers. Authorities have also been instructed to coordinate relief activities in surrounding areas.

Motorway police are working to restore traffic flow while a detailed investigation into the crash has been initiated.
