IRGC Grant Special Passage to Another Pakistani Vessel Through Strait of Hormuz

Date:

Tehran, Iran – Web Desk: Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has granted special permission to another Pakistani vessel to transit through the Strait of Hormuz, according to official sources.

Sources from the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation said the vessel “Khairpur,” carrying approximately 80 million litres of diesel, has entered the vital shipping corridor.

The ship is transporting fuel from a Kuwaiti port and is expected to dock at Karachi Port upon completing its transit.

The development comes amid heightened regional tensions and increased scrutiny over maritime movement through the Strait of Hormuz, a key global energy supply route. Analysts say uninterrupted passage of commercial vessels remains critical for regional energy security and trade stability.
