Tehran showcases armed drones and electronic warfare amid US-Iran tensions
Tehran, Iran – Web Desk: Iran has completed preparations to deliver a decisive response to any potential US aggression, unveiling advanced unmanned combat drones with explosive capabilities. According to Iranian media, the drones are designed for air, land, and sea operations, including strike, surveillance, and electronic warfare missions.
Iranian Commander-in-Chief Major General Amir Hatami confirmed that these drones were developed based on lessons from the 12-day US-Iran confrontation in June 2025, ensuring rapid and strategic countermeasures against emerging security threats.
“These drones provide Iran’s military with strategic superiority, and a swift, decisive response to any aggression is at the core of our defense strategy,” said General Hatami.
The announcement comes after former US President Donald Trump signaled that a major US naval fleet is heading towards Iran, prompting Tehran to issue a stern warning of immediate and full retaliation if attacked. However, Iran emphasized it remains open to negotiations, provided conditions are fair, balanced, and non-coercive.
