Iran Says US Strikes Have Rendered Talks Meaningless

Date:

Tehran, Iran – Web Desk: Iran has said recent US military strikes have effectively ended the prospects of a partial ceasefire and rendered diplomatic negotiations between Tehran and Washington ineffective.

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi stated that the latest US attacks had undermined ongoing efforts aimed at reducing tensions and pursuing dialogue between the two countries.

He said negotiations with the United States have become “meaningless and ineffective” following the strikes, accusing Washington of escalating the conflict through military action.

Gharibabadi further described the attacks as illegal and dangerous, warning that the United States and any parties involved in facilitating the operations would bear full responsibility for the consequences.

His remarks come amid growing tensions between Iran and the United States, with international concern mounting over the possibility of a wider regional conflict in the Middle East.

Diplomatic efforts by regional and global actors continue, but prospects for de-escalation remain uncertain as hostilities intensify.
