Tehran, Iran – Web Desk: Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi has rejected reports suggesting that the United States could transfer frozen Iranian assets to its Gulf allies, stating that such funds cannot be used for military or compensation purposes.
Responding to recent media reports, Gharibabadi said regional governments are not in a position to demand compensation related to the frozen assets.
He emphasized that Iran’s frozen funds are neither war-related resources for the United States nor financial assets available to its allies.
The remarks come amid ongoing tensions between Iran and Western countries over sanctions, frozen financial assets, and broader regional disputes.
