Tehran, Iran – Web Desk: Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced the 87th wave of its ongoing military campaign, “Operation True Promise 4,” claiming it targeted multiple US and Israeli-linked sites across the region.
In an official statement, the IRGC said the strikes focused on command and control centers, drone hangars, and weapons support facilities, as well as locations allegedly housing US and Israeli military personnel and pilots.
The statement added that the operation was dedicated to members of the IRGC Navy who were killed, including Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, though independent verification of this claim remains unavailable.
According to the IRGC, the strikes targeted five US bases in the region, along with military sites across southern, central, and northern areas of what it described as occupied Palestinian territories.
The operation reportedly involved a mix of solid- and liquid-fuel ballistic missiles, including Emad, Qiam, and Khorramshahr-4 systems, alongside suicide drones.
There has been no immediate confirmation from US or Israeli officials regarding the extent of the reported strikes or damage. The developments come amid heightened tensions in the Middle East, raising concerns over a broader regional escalation and global security risks.
