Derbyshire, batting first, posted 194 for 4 in their allotted overs. Opener Martin Anderson anchored the innings with an unbeaten 81 runs.
In response, Yorkshire struggled early and found themselves under pressure at 65 for 4. Adam Lyth played a quick 31-run knock, while Jonny Bairstow, James Wharton, and William Luxton failed to make significant contributions.
Moeen Ali added stability with a responsible 51-run innings, but Yorkshire still remained under pressure during the chase.
The match turned in the final overs when Hasan Ali delivered a blistering performance, smashing 31 runs off just 12 balls to shift the momentum in Yorkshire’s favour. Andrew Tye also contributed 32 runs, playing a key supporting role in the chase.
Derbyshire’s Jack Morley took four wickets, while Nick Potts claimed two wickets, but their efforts were not enough to secure victory.
