Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Web Desk: Air traffic at major airports in Dubai continued without disruption despite rising geopolitical tensions between Iran and the United States. Aviation authorities confirmed that approximately 1,140 flights were successfully operated within a 84-hour period.
Operations were primarily managed through Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport, which together function as key aviation hubs in the region. Airport management implemented additional operational measures to maintain flight schedules and ensure passenger convenience amid security concerns.
Aviation officials stated that continuous airspace monitoring was conducted and flight routes were adjusted when necessary to address evolving security conditions. Air traffic control services remained operational 24 hours a day to support uninterrupted aviation activity.
Dubai remains one of the world’s busiest aviation hubs due to its strategic position as a transit gateway between Europe, Asia, and Africa. Hundreds of international flights operate daily through its airports, reinforcing the city’s role in global air connectivity.
Authorities emphasized that safety protocols and operational adjustments ensured smooth flight operations despite external geopolitical challenges.
