ATC Issues 15th Arrest Warrant for Alima Khan

Date:

Web Desk, Rawalpindi – The Anti-Terrorism Court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the 15th time against Alima Khan in connection with the November 26 protest case.

During Tuesday’s hearing, the court expressed strong displeasure over the accused’s repeated absence. The presiding judge rejected a request for one-day exemption from appearance and ordered that Alima Khan be arrested and presented before the court on February 25.

Authorities stated that the persistent non-compliance with court summons has led to successive issuance of warrants. The case relates to allegations arising from the 26 November demonstration, and judicial proceedings are ongoing.

The court reiterated that compliance with legal processes is mandatory and warned of further action in the event of continued non-appearance.
