Islamabad, Pakistan – Web Desk: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Muhammad Khan has demanded that party founder and former prime minister Imran Khan be transferred to Shifa International Hospital for medical treatment, particularly for an eye-related condition.
Speaking to the media alongside other PTI leaders, Ali Muhammad Khan said Imran Khan should be taken to a hospital for proper medical care, stressing the importance of a leader’s health. “A nation sees its future through the eyes of its leader,” he said.
He added that Imran Khan was not making any extraordinary demands and recalled that free treatment had been provided to people at the hospital during his tenure. Ali Muhammad Khan also questioned the role of a “friend of the court” appointed by the Supreme Court, asking whether the submitted report was merely a formality.
He said Imran Khan had previously led a movement to protect judicial independence and reiterated PTI’s demand for his transfer to Shifa International Hospital for treatment.
