Salman Khan’s 24-Year-Old Prediction About Dia Mirza Revealed

Date:

Karachi, Pakistan – Web Desk: Bollywood actress Dia Mirza has made a surprising revelation about superstar Salman Khan, recalling a 24-year-old prediction that left her startled at the time.

Appearing on filmmaker Farah Khan’s talk show, Dia Mirza shared light-hearted memories from the sets of the 2002 film Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge. During the conversation, Farah Khan suggested she should work again with Salman Khan, to which Dia responded that the actor is now working with much younger actresses.

In response, Farah Khan mentioned Salman Khan’s recent collaborations, including his pairing with Chitrangda Singh, highlighting his continued presence across diverse film projects.

Dia Mirza then revealed a striking incident from the film’s shooting days, stating that Salman Khan had jokingly told her she would one day play his mother on screen. At that time, Dia was only 19 years old, which made the remark surprising and even unsettling for her.

She further recalled that while waiting on set alongside Rajpal Yadav and Salman Khan, the conversation turned toward a scene involving an actress portraying Salman’s mother, who was relatively young and had recently given birth in the storyline context.

Dia said she questioned the casting at the time, noting the actress looked quite young, but Salman Khan reassured her in a light-hearted manner, saying she should not worry as the same situation could happen with her in the future as well.

The actress added that she was initially frightened by the prediction, though she now recalls the moment with humor.
