Bahrain says Iran launched 36 drone attacks since morning

Date:

Manama, Bahrain – Web Desk: Bahrain’s Foreign Minister, Abdullatif Al Zayani, said Iran has launched 36 drone attacks against Bahrain since the early hours of the day, marking a significant escalation in regional tensions.

In an official statement, the Bahraini foreign minister said authorities were closely monitoring the security situation and taking necessary measures to protect critical infrastructure and public safety.

Meanwhile, Iranian state media reported that Iran’s armed forces targeted the headquarters of the US Fifth Fleet in Bahrain using drones in response to recent US military strikes.

The reports highlight a sharp increase in hostilities between Iran and the United States, with Bahrain emerging as a focal point due to its strategic importance and its role as host to the US naval presence in the Gulf.

Regional and international observers continue to monitor developments amid growing concerns that the conflict could expand further across the Middle East.
