Tehran, Iran – Web Desk: Iran’s armed forces say the country has increased production of attack and suicide drones by ten times over the past seven months following a war with the United States and Israel in June, a senior military official said.
Brigadier General Ali Reza Sheikh, deputy chief of staff of Iran’s armed forces, made the remarks in a television interview, stating that Iran had drawn lessons from past conflicts and strengthened its defence capabilities.
He said the increase in drone production reflects Iran’s improved military preparedness and its ability to respond to any future threats.
Sheikh also referred to the 12-day conflict in June 2025, saying the experience had enhanced Iran’s defensive capacity and reinforced its ability to counter hostile actions and respond effectively.
