Kuwait, Qatar Intercept Iranian Missiles and Drones

Kuwait City, Kuwait / Doha, Qatar – Web Desk: Kuwait and Qatar said they had successfully intercepted multiple cruise missiles and drones launched from Iran over the past 24 hours, amid escalating regional tensions.

In a statement, Kuwait’s military said its air defense systems shot down two cruise missiles and 13 drones during the period. Authorities confirmed that all threats were neutralized in accordance with established protocols, with no casualties or damage reported.

Separately, Qatar’s Ministry of Defence said its armed forces successfully intercepted several drones launched from Iran on the same day. Officials confirmed that the drones were neutralized without causing any loss of life or property damage.

The developments come as tensions in the Middle East continue to rise, with regional countries on high alert and strengthening their air defense capabilities.
