Washington, USA – Web Desk: U.S. President Donald Trump delivered a firm defense of recent military actions against Iran during a roundtable conference, claiming that if the United States had not acted, Iran would have been capable of producing nuclear weapons within two weeks.
Trump highlighted his efforts to strengthen U.S. armed forces since taking office and expressed pride in the military’s performance. He stated that the strikes demonstrated “the full power of U.S. force,” destroying Iranian missiles and launchers, and significantly delaying Iran’s nuclear program.
Criticizing former President Barack Obama, Trump called the previous nuclear deal with Iran “the worst” and emphasized that ending it four years ago was necessary to ensure U.S. security. He claimed that recent operations eliminated multiple Iranian leaders and curtailed attacks on neighboring countries and allies.
Trump also referenced U.S. operations in Venezuela, asserting improvements in the local situation and continued U.S. energy supply from the region. He reiterated that timely military intervention prevented a potentially far more dangerous scenario.
