Molana calls out government’s failure as terrorism rises despite security forces’ efforts

Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan – Web Desk: Molana Fazl Ur Rehman expressed deep condolences to the families of five individuals martyred in a suicide attack during a wedding ceremony in Dera Ismail Khan last night. Speaking on the tragic incident, Molana said, “We share equally in the grief of the victims.”

He emphasized that such attacks are not merely assaults on social gatherings but leave a profound impact on the collective psyche of society. “While the state machinery and security forces boast of their efforts and sacrifices to maintain peace, the pain of ordinary citizens remains unaddressed,” Molana said.

He criticized the government, stating that despite vast resources and powers, law enforcement and governance continue to falter, allowing waves of violence to rise unchecked. Molana questioned why the state fails in its primary duty to protect the life, property, and dignity of its citizens. He also highlighted the paradox of restricted civil freedoms under the guise of security, yet terrorism continues to knock at urban doors.
