Work4Sindh Launches Auto CV Builder to Help Job Seekers
KARACHI, PAKISTAN — WEB DESK: The Sindh government’s iWork4Sindh employment platform has introduced an automated CV creation system designed to help job seekers prepare organised professional resumes and improve their ability to apply for employment opportunities.
Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said the Auto CV Creator System would allow candidates to present their qualifications, skills and professional profiles in a more structured format.
The initiative is part of the provincial government’s wider effort to use technology to connect young people with employment opportunities, professional training, skills development and career guidance.
According to figures shared by Memon, 718 companies are registered with the iWork4Sindh platform, which currently lists 21,233 active employment opportunities. More than 471,000 job applications have been submitted through the system.
The platform also operates a Learn & Earn programme providing access to more than 1,800 internationally recognised short courses.
More than 4,470 candidates have completed courses through the programme, while over 5,225 candidates are currently enrolled.
The Sindh government now plans to expand iWork4Sindh into a more advanced digital employment platform using artificial intelligence.
An AI-powered career and job assistance agent is under development to help candidates search and filter vacancies while also providing career guidance and other digital support.
An automated job integration system is also being developed to connect public and private-sector vacancies directly with the platform.
Officials expect the initial preparation and implementation of the automation system within the next six to eight weeks. Daily job alerts are also planned as part of the expansion.
The government says the broader objective is to create a single digital employment and career ecosystem where young people can access vacancies, skills development, professional training and career guidance.
The Auto CV Creator adds another tool to that platform by helping applicants prepare professional job documents without having to build their resumes manually.
